The Nourishing Farmgirl’s Menu Planning Series
Take the guesswork out of “What’s for Dinner?” and finally enjoy the process of shopping and cooking nourishing food for your family, your friends, and most importantly – yourself.
I have been exactly where you are right now.
I was grocery shopping multiple times a week, buying the same things again and again, and trying new things meant sometimes throwing away food that my family (and I) didn’t like.
Sometimes I thought it would be easier just to eat out! Or worse – buy pre-packaged foods that just needed to be heated up before eating. Gross!
I was confused about what “eating healthy” looked like for me.
Should I go gluten free? Should I give up dairy? What about Vegan? What does natural mean? What is Non-GMO? Should I eat Organic? Ooh! Paleo sounds fun – I like bacon! What are all these weird ingredients in my food that don’t sound like “food”?
Over time, I’ve perfected my menu planning techniques.
I got curious about different ingredients. I spent years honing my cooking and recipe creation skills and came up with simple shortcuts to make life easier.
I’ve also gotten very comfortable in a grocery store, selecting foods that are not only healthy, but nourishing and delicious. I came up with a plan to feed my family for the week with just one trip to the grocery store and there is never the question of “What’s for dinner?”…And I want to share all of my secrets with you in My Menu Planning Series.
