The Nourishing Farmgirl’s Paleo Cooking for One Class
Do you cook for just yourself or just you and one other? Do you cook for a whole family, but want to learn how you can eat Paleo while still cooking for the rest of the family? I know cooking for one can be difficult or become a chore. You think “Why bother, it’s just me?”
When I first started eating the way I do, I had a hard time cooking for just me. I had to learn how to modify recipes to suit my needs and/or create meals that would please my whole family while still satisfying the needs of the one (me) who ate differently.
In this class, you’ll learn to cook for just yourself and how to pare down recipes or create your own to suit a single person’s (or plus one’s) needs while staying healthy and on a budget.
Get tips and tricks for menu planning, helping you spend less time in the kitchen to make great meals for now and the weeks to come.
In The Nourishing Farmgirl’s Paleo Cooking for One Class, you will be cooking a full meal for one/two that is loaded with delicious, healthy foods. You will be preparing one entree, two sides, and a tasty sweet ending to your meal. You’ll receive new tried and true recipes to add to your collection and my Farmgirl Paleo Cooking for One Guide so you’re not lacking ideas for delicious, healthy dinners when it’s just you, you plus one, or you plus a family that doesn’t eat quite like you.
